The Isuzu D-MAX LS Ute is our mid-spec model, combining hard work with pleasure. Available in manual or automatic and 2WD or 4WD, the LS is powered by Isuzu’s legendary 3.0L turbo diesel engine.
This model also offers added luxuries like Adaptive Cruise Control, dual-zone climate air-conditioning, rear parking sensors, and a 9″ touchscreen with satellite navigation, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

LED Headlights with DRL
The LS is equipped with powerful and durable LED headlights for excellent visibility under all conditions. These are combined with LED Daytime Running Lights (DRL) for added safety whilst out on the open road.
Electric Windows & Mirrors
Electric windows are standard on the D-MAX, easy as that. As an added luxury, the exterior mirrors are also electrically adjustable from the cabin.
18″ Alloys
Kitted out with powerful looking 18″ alloy wheels, the LS ensures that your D-MAX will catch eyes at every stop on your drive. These are combined with Highway-Terrain (HT) tires for solid road-holding in all situations.
Redesigned Grille
Strong, bold and distinctive. The new 2024 LS, two toned grill, features satin silver, striking matte black, and flies the Isuzu logo loud and proud.

Hexa-Pod Interior
Isuzu’s is all about inclusion of features that are intuitive to use, easy to reach and have driver convenience in mind always. The 2024 D-MAX is no different, thoughtfully designed to make the driver, and passengers life easier. It was also developed with Isuzu’s “Hexa-Pod” concept in mind, a design philosophy that embobodies being functional, relaxing and attractive.
Internal Storage
With 10 different positions for cups or bottles, the upper front console provides storage for tissues and has a 12v 120-watt power socket for added convenience. The upper center console storage, under steering wheel storage, deep door pockets, and seatback pockets provide storage solutions for those easily misplaced but much-needed items.
Leather Steering Wheel
The comfortable leather-bound steering wheel puts Bluetooth, audio and cruise controls at your fingertips so you can concentrate on the road ahead.
Sports Seats
Sculpted sports seats featuring a foldable rear centre armrest. Wide front seat rails provide for large boots/feet to easily slip under the front seat for rear passengers. Entry and exit have been made easier thanks to large door openings. Double sealed doors and an excess of soundproofing make the D-MAX a peaceful and relaxing ride.
Apple CarPlay/Android Auto
The 2024 D-MAX features an upgraded 9″ touchscreen multimedia screen, including satellite navigation plus wireless Apple CarPlay & Android Auto phone mirroring capability.
7″ Multi-Information Display
The all-new 7″ smart MID includes a digital speedometer, safety information, fuel economy and range, odometer, trip information, and a service reminder. This information is conveyed via a new advanced colour TFT display.
USB-C Charging Capability
It’s hard to keep up with technology sometimes, especially bloody phone companies changing the chords every year. 2024 D-MAX has USB-C capability, just to make your life a bit easier.
Performance
3,500kg Towing Ability
Your search for the perfect travelling companion is over. The D-MAX can tow up to 3,500kg. Isuzu’s legendary 3-litre turbo diesel engine delivers high torque across the range, making light work of a caravan, boat, or trailer. Trailer Sway Control (TSC) assists with towing in high winds or on uneven surfaces.
Unbeatable Off-Road Performance
Wading depth has been increased to 800mm for those extra deep crossings, whilst 4×4 models now include a rear differential lock for improved traction on slippery surfaces. For on-road excursions, there is a range of new electronic driving aids to keep you on the straight and narrow.
Terrain Command
On top of a 6 speed transmission, the Terrain Command dial in the Isuzu D-MAX 4×4 allows you to shift between 2WD and 4WD Hi mode on the move (up to 100km/h) for improved traction when driving conditions change. *4×4 models only.
3.0L Turbo-Diesel Engine
Isuzu’s legendary 3.0L turbo-diesel engine has been upgraded on the latest model to produce 140kW of power and 450Nm of torque.
Safety
Fitted with 8 Airbags
The D-MAX is fitted with dual front airbags, side impact airbags, curtain airbags, driver knee airbag and a segment first front centre airbag, significantly providing excellent level of safety to all occupants.
Lane Keeping Assist
Lane Keep Assist (LKA), Emergency Lane Keeping (ELK) and Lane Departure Prevention (LDP) work to help prevent collisions with other drivers should your D-MAX begin to drift across its lane.

Blind Spot Monitor
BSM provides a visual warning in your side mirrors when an obstacle is approaching in your blind spot. A must-have safety feature when out on the open road.
Auto Emergency Braking
In the event that your D-MAX LX detects a potential collision, emergency braking is applied automatically. That’s clever and safe technology to help keep you and others safe out on the road.
Forward Collision Warning
An audible warning sounds and red warning lights flash on the dashboard when an obstacle is detected in your path giving you a chance to avoid a collision.
HSA and HDC Systems
The Hill Start Assist (HSA) function engages automatically on significant gradients to prevent the Isuzu D-MAX rolling when moving from a stationary position. The Hill Descent Control (HDC) allows a smooth hill descent at a controlled speed.
Automatic Lights & High Beam
The new D-MAX takes a few of the little inconveniences under its wing like automatic light control. including a light sensor that turns headlights on or off depending on the time of day and will control headlight beams if oncoming traffic is detected.
Lane Keeping Assist

Misacceleration Mitigation
In slow-moving areas such as car parks, the stereo cameras determine whether the accelerator has been applied accidentally. Should a potential collision be detected, the brakes are automatically applied.
Adaptive Cruise Control
Automatically adjusts your speed based on vehicles around you when cruise-control is activated making open road driving a breeze.

Driver Attention Assist
Your D-MAX recognises traffic signs, displaying information such as speed limits in the Multi-Information Display (MID) for easy reference.
